Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or send you a replacement item. 


Returns & Refunds

If you received a wrong or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@teatimeessentials.com with valid proof in the form of the product image or video with a written explanation. Once you send us valid proof, we will notify you if your complaint has been accepted. If we accept your complaint, we will send you a replacement item at our expense, or give you a refund. If you choose a refund, you will receive your funds back to your original payment method.

If you ordered wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@teatimeessentials.com, and we'll work together to find a suitable solution.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund in a few business days, please first contact your bank. It may take some time before your refund has been deposited into your account. If several business days had passed and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@teatimeessentials.com. If you need the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) for your refund, don't hesitate to contact us via email and we will provide it in less than 12 hours.
